Delete account and data

Delete directly in the game

Open Profile, connect your Trailer ID, choose DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT and confirm. The game leaves the race and voice session, deletes friend and block relationships from Unity Friends, deletes the anonymous Unity Authentication account and clears its saved sign-in credentials. This cannot restore the old online identity. Your device's race progression, Wreck Coins and settings remain.

Copy your Player ID from the confirmation screen before deleting if you also want to request removal of associated service logs. If a step fails, keep the game installed and retry. Clearing app data is not a substitute for deleting the online account.

Request deletion without the game

Email info@peakappsstudio.com with the subject TRAILER WRECK account and data deletion. Include your Player ID if available and whether you want the account, associated data, or both removed. We may need information to verify which anonymous account belongs to you. Never send passwords, session tokens or signing keys.

Other data and retention

Unity Lobby, Relay and Vivox process connection and security information separately. Account deletion does not guarantee immediate erasure of every provider log. We forward verified requests for associated data to the relevant provider; minimal records may remain for security, abuse investigations or legal obligations. See the privacy policy. This game does not record or transcribe voice conversations.

Local progression can be removed through your device's app-data controls or by uninstalling. This is separate from online deletion and can permanently erase local progress.
